Colleen Morgan is the director, human capital business partner at Charles Aris Executive Search, helping advance both the firm’s human resources initiatives and its organizational development strategy.
Prior to joining Charles Aris, Colleen served as chief personnel and public relations officer for the High Point Housing Authority. She also served in human capital roles at Collins Aerospace, Hatch (technology company) and 12 years at AECOM (full-service engineering firm).
Colleen earned her bachelor’s degree in business management at Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina and her master’s degree in human resource management at Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Colleen is married to Russell and they have two beautiful children, Cheria and Lee. She enjoys channeling her spirituality, socializing with family and friends, music, being outdoors and exercising.
