Derek Gracey is a vice president and practice development leader at Charles Aris Executive Search with a focus on the finance and corporate development functions in the services and industrials sectors.
Derek grew up in small-town, rural Pennsylvania before moving to North Carolina in 2013 to pursue a master’s degree in opera performance at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. He then made a pivot into the world of executive search, joining Charles Aris in 2015.
Derek and his wife Jordan live in Greensboro with their sons, Thomas and George, and their dogs, Beesly and Bonnie. They enjoy traveling the world, spending time at Topsail Beach and watching “The Office” reruns more times than you could imagine.
