Derek Gracey is a practice leader at Charles Aris Executive Search with a functional focus on corporate development roles in the business and consumer services space.
Derek grew up in small-town, rural Pennsylvania before moving to North Carolina in 2013 to pursue a master’s degree in opera and voice performance at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. He then made a pivot into the world of executive search, joining Charles Aris in 2015.
Derek and his wife Jordan live in Greensboro with their son Thomas and their dogs, Beesly and Bonnie. They enjoy traveling the world, spending time at Topsail Beach and watching “The Office” reruns more times than you could imagine.
