About Ryan

Ryan Krumroy is a senior associate practice leader focused on recruiting CFOs for private equity-backed industrial product companies.

After joining the firm as a recruiter in 2006, Ryan spent the bulk of his career focused on the recruiting side of the business. He developed an expertise in finding and placing senior-most financial leaders with a very specific expertise placing CFOs in private equity-backed businesses.

Ryan also honed his skills working with these private equity-backed businesses, having built out entire leadership teams for portfolio companies of varying sizes. He approaches his work with his clients’ and candidates’ best interests in mind, striving to help them achieve enterprise success and strengthen their quality of life.

As a senior associate practice leader, Ryan is taking his service-driven approach to private equity-backed industrial product clients in need of top-performing CFOs to lead their financial decision making.

Prior to joining Charles Aris, Ryan worked for eight years in multiple management positions with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in New York and North Carolina. He earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

He also spent five years racing jet skis — two of which he raced professionally on the Budweiser Pro Tour. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and son and is involved in his community and church.
