Ryan Krumroy is a senior associate recruiter with a focus on finance and accounting.
Since joining Charles Aris Executive Search in 2006, Ryan has recruited in the realms of private and public equity; strategy and corporate development; sales and marketing; and industrial manufacturing. His passion, however, lies in landing top C-Suite executives for private equity portfolios. He is skilled at finding senior leaders for private equity owned portfolio businesses in highly diversified industry segments.
Ryan enjoys building relationships, with clients and candidates alike, which yield tangible benefits in the way of market success and quality of life. He has often had the pleasure of building out entire teams in a single portfolio business or filling leadership voids across multiple portfolios.
Prior to joining Charles Aris, Ryan worked for eight years in multiple management positions with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in New York and North Carolina. He earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Ryan spent five years racing Jet Skis — two years professionally on the Budweiser Pro Tour. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and son and is involved in his community and church.
