Our client is seeking a Value Creation Partner to lead and further develop the firm’s value creation capabilities and approach. This position will serve on the leadership team alongside the investment partners, leading post-investment transformation while defining and executing the value creation strategy across the firm’s portfolio. It will also oversee a team of value creation professionals, including generalists, functional specialists and AI resources.
