The Controller is responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. This role manages the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and month-end and year-end close processes while preparing financial statements, budgets and forecasts. The Controller also analyzes financial performance, identifies variances and provides insights to support strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities include maintaining internal controls, supporting audits, monitoring cash flow and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position works closely with leadership to improve financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy and support the overall financial health of the organization.
