The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting and treasury functions while supporting leadership with financial strategy and operational performance. This role manages the month-end and year-end close processes, ensures GAAP-compliant financial reporting, leads external audits and tax filings and implements strong internal controls and policies. The position also supports budgeting, cash flow management and banking relationships while providing oversight of payroll, benefits administration, insurance programs and regulatory compliance. The Controller partners closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights, support contract and compliance reviews and help guide capital allocation decisions. This hands-on leadership role also mentors accounting and administrative teams while helping improve financial systems, reporting processes and operational efficiencies within a complex, multi-entity environment. Expected base salary for this role is approximately $150,000.
