This Director of Strategy role is a high-visibility position focused on shaping the company’s next phase of growth. The role sits within a lean, high-impact team and is responsible for evaluating new market opportunities, identifying strategic adjacencies and driving customer- and market-focused initiatives across the business. This is a true strategy role (not cost- or operations-focused), requiring someone who can operate in ambiguity, structure complex problems from scratch and drive clear, actionable recommendations while working closely with senior leadership.
