The Senior Associate will support the implementation of transactions, while working cross-functionally across the entire deal lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, bid underwriting and submission, due diligence, contract negotiations and internal approvals. In addition, the Senior Associate will manage some of the planning, execution, separation, integration and organizational restructuring activities related to post merger-initiatives. The ideal candidate will have six or more years of corporate development experience. The base salary for this role is $185,000 to $190,000.
