Partnering closely with the Chief Development Officer, this individual will act as a true right hand, focused on executing transactions from initial evaluation through close. This role will leverage an investment banking or transaction advisory skillset to drive financial analysis, valuation and end-to-end deal execution, including underwriting opportunities, supporting LOIs, coordinating diligence and preparing board-level materials.
