Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed wealth management platform seeking a Director of FP&A to serve as a key thought partner to the CFO and help drive the next phase of growth. This individual will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and long-range planning efforts while also supporting strategic initiatives including M&A, integration activities and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have more than seven years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, strong financial modeling and business partnering skills and be excited by the opportunity to build and elevate a best-in-class finance function in a highly visible, on-site role based in San Diego.
