Our client, a private equity-backed manufacturing company, is seeking a Vice President of Transformation. The role will require leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives designed to accelerate operational improvement, drive value creation and professionalize key processes across the company’s global organization. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will partner closely with the executive leadership team and cross-functional leaders to ensure the successful execution of a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
