Our client is a middle-market private equity firm that invests in the industrials, life sciences, specialty materials (e.g., chemicals, advanced materials, engineered products) and specialty ingredients (e.g., food and beverage, personal care, pharma) spaces. The firm is looking to add a Director of Portfolio Excellence to its team to serve as a value creation planner, acting as the key liaison between the firm and portfolio company management teams to quarterback value creation plan initiatives. The right fit candidate will have 12-20 years of total professional experience, with at least 6-10 years of strategy consulting experience and a strong track record of success. Ideally, this candidate is currently in a strategy and operations seat at a private equity-backed company in a relevant industry.
