Our client, a leading provider of healthcare technology and manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Tooling Engineering Lead to oversee tooling operations, mold maintenance and production support initiatives. This person will be tasked with managing daily tool room activities and personnel, implementing preventive maintenance programs to maximize tooling performance and coordinating mold repairs, refurbishments and machining operations to support production quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate has prior mold-making experience in a plastic injection molding environment, strong machining and blueprint-reading skills and at least two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
