Charles Aris launches interim search business

Organizations are increasingly turning to flexible leadership solutions to navigate periods of change, execute strategic initiatives and drive value creation, especially in private equity.

In response to this growing demand, Charles Aris Inc. launched Charles Aris Interim Solutions in October 2026, a new division dedicated to connecting organizations with experienced independent talent for interim leadership, fractional, advisory and consulting roles.

Charles Aris Interim Solutions will expand the firm’s services beyond traditional executive search, providing private equity and corporate clients with access to experienced independent talent for a wide range of roles.

With a particular focus on private equity-backed businesses, the division will help sponsors and portfolio company leadership teams access specialized expertise to support value creation initiatives, leadership transitions, acquisitions, integrations and operational transformations.

Elaine Leff will lead Charles Aris Interim Solutions as managing director, overseeing the development of the division and its services.

Charles Aris Interim Solutions will leverage an established network of independent professionals, many with more than 20 years of experience and hands-on expertise in their fields.

Key positions will include interim chief financial officers, controllers, heads of financial planning and analysis, transformation leaders, integration leaders and chiefs of staff.

The division will also support corporate clients seeking consulting expertise to help with strategic initiatives or add additional capacity for internal teams.
