Charles Aris Executive Search formally announces “Our Cause”

Globally retained Charles Aris Executive Search is proud to announce its newly defined organizational cause: Change Lives | Transform Businesses | Enrich Communities.

The cause, inspired by input from the recruiting firm’s entire staff and ultimately determined by a 10-person internal committee in the closing months of 2019, underscores the impact generated by each executive recruiting partnership between Charles Aris, its clients and their candidates.

Charles Aris team members submitted more than 50 ideas for this firmwide initiative. The selection committee then narrowed the concepts down to 30 unique submissions before third-round discussions and decisions further narrowed the options to 10. Throughout September and October 2019, committee members debated and refined the final three in consideration to produce an overarching cause that tied that trio together.
