The Controller will be responsible for building and overseeing all accounting and financial operations for a growing, mission-driven organization operating in a regulated, asset-intensive environment. This role owns day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, close processes, compliance and audit readiness while establishing scalable systems, controls and policies to support national growth. The Controller partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial visibility, support strategic planning and ensure the integrity and protection of critical assets. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, experience implementing structured financial processes and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving organization while maintaining accuracy, compliance and operational discipline.
