The Regional Finance Director is a strategic business partner to regional leadership, providing expert financial guidance on operations, forecasting, budgeting and monthly performance while driving profitability, compliance and long-term growth initiatives. This role analyzes financial and operational drivers, oversees investment and overhead spending, manages forecasts and performance metrics, leads budgeting processes, prepares detailed financial reporting and evaluates new business opportunities through IRR modeling and investment reviews. The position identifies underperforming accounts, leads process-improvement efforts, supports asset management and trains regional teams on financial systems and procedures. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field (MBA preferred); brings 6-8 years of progressive finance experience with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting and cost control; and possesses advanced analytical skills, strong communication abilities, supervisory experience and expertise in Excel, financial systems and cross-functional leadership, ideally within the food service industry.
