The Controller will oversee all accounting and financial operations for the Pacific Northwest location, operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-growing industry backed by a leading investor group. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role manages the full scope of finance functions including month-end close, financial reporting, AR/AP, inventory management, budgeting and forecasting coordination, cash flow oversight and tax submissions. The Controller will develop and enforce financial policies, evaluate and strengthen internal controls, analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and partner with cross-functional teams to support planning and operational decision-making. Success in this role requires strong technical accounting expertise, experience with modern cloud-based systems such as Sage Intacct, proficiency in financial analysis and Excel and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate, timely results.
