Our client, a global automotive components manufacturer, is seeking a Plant Controller to lead financial reporting, cost accounting and manufacturing finance initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing inventory and standard cost accounting, analyzing manufacturing variances and profitability and managing budgeting, forecasting and capital expenditure reporting. The ideal candidate has between five and seven years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience, strong ERP and advanced Excel skills and expertise in inventory management and financial analysis within a complex manufacturing environment.
