Our client is a private equity-backed, multi-state field services platform seeking a CFO to serve as the senior financial leader of the organization during a period of growth and increasing operational complexity. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will lead all aspects of finance, including accounting, FP&A, reporting and operational finance, while partnering closely with executive leadership, the board and the private equity sponsor to drive profitability, margin expansion and disciplined growth. The ideal candidate brings experience leading finance organizations within multi-unit or field-based service businesses, strong operational and analytical capabilities, familiarity with private equity or sponsor-backed environments and a hands-on leadership style well suited for a fast-paced, high-accountability organization.
