The Assistant Controller partners closely with the Controller to support a rapidly growing, engineering-driven manufacturing organization delivering complex, mission-critical systems. The role combines hands-on ownership of month-end close, audit support, forecasting and general ledger oversight with leadership of a small AP/AR team. This position will play a key role in costing initiatives, financial analysis and process improvements, serving as a true operational and financial partner to the business.
