The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic execution partner to the CEO and broader executive leadership team, helping drive critical initiatives while optimizing organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will use analytical frameworks to identify solutions to strategic problems and lead project execution to ensure the company achieves its long-term goals and objectives. The ideal candidate has three to four years of post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier firm, as well as project experience across multiple industries and functions.
Chiefs of staff are being increasingly utilized as thought partners within the C-suite, especially during transformations and other strategic initiatives.
