Our client is a private equity-backed professional services firm seeking a Director of Integration to lead post-merger integration efforts and build scalable processes that support the company’s acquisition strategy. Ideal candidates will have eight to 15 or more years of experience leading M&A integrations within acquisitive organizations, private equity-backed platforms or integration-focused consulting environments.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
