Our client is looking for a Senior Manager to lead M&A origination across two portfolio companies, one in manufacturing and the other in consumer products. This is a heavy sourcing role where the person will own origination and support execution and integration. The ideal candidate is currently in a corporate development seat, with prior experience in investment banking, transaction advisory and/or private equity.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
