Our client, a leading management consulting firm serving the public sector, is seeking a Consultant to lead client advisory and organizational improvement initiatives. This person will be tasked with analyzing client needs and business challenges, developing data-driven recommendations and solutions and partnering with leadership teams to implement strategies that improve organizational performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and client relationship abilities and experience providing consulting or advisory services in a professional services environment.
