Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting and business performance initiatives. This person will be tasked with developing financial models, managing the budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing operational and financial performance and providing strategic insights to support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
