Our client, a leading provider of commercial facility and building services, is seeking a Director of M&A to lead mergers, acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives. This person will be tasked with identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities, leading due diligence and transaction processes and supporting the integration of acquired businesses to drive long-term growth. The ideal candidate has proven M&A or corporate development experience, strong financial and analytical skills and a track record of managing complex transactions and building relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.
