The Corporate Development Manager supports the company’s enterprise growth and long-term value creation through corporate modeling, strategic planning, acquisition underwriting and project execution. This role focuses on evaluating and advancing high-impact initiatives, including acquisitions, major organic investments, partnerships, joint ventures and commercial arrangements, while providing analysis and insights that support the company’s strategic and financial priorities.
The position works closely with the Head of Corporate Development, functional teams and the executive leadership team to develop business cases, assess investment economics, lead acquisition due diligence and translate analysis into board-level recommendations. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and presentation skills, sound business judgment, M&A transaction experience and the ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
