Our client, a leading specialty construction company, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting and cash flow management initiatives. This person will be tasked with overseeing WIP and percentage-of-completion accounting, managing the month-end close and contractor billing processes and developing financial reporting, cash flow forecasts and accounting systems to support business growth. The ideal candidate has direct construction accounting experience, strong knowledge of WIP and POC schedules and proven leadership experience managing accounting teams and improving financial processes.
