Our client, a leading management and investment organization focused on partnering with veterinary practices, is seeking an Associate of Corporate Development to lead acquisition and strategic growth initiatives. This person will be tasked with evaluating potential veterinary practice acquisitions, conducting financial and market analysis and supporting due diligence and transaction execution. The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate development and the ability to build relationships with practice owners and key stakeholders throughout the acquisition process.
