This individual will partner cross-functionally with internal leadership and external stakeholders while mentoring and developing team members. Experience in industrial manufacturing or aerospace/defense is preferred, with an early foundation in investment banking, transaction advisory or private equity considered a plus. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record as the deal quarterback, leading M&A transactions end-to-end while driving origination and building acquisition pipelines across multiple business units.
