The Controller will lead all accounting and financial operations with autonomy in a fast-growing, investor-backed organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role oversees month-end close, financial reporting, AR/AP, inventory management, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow and tax compliance. The Controller develops and enforces financial policies, strengthens internal controls, analyzes financial data for strategic insights and partners with cross-functional teams to support planning and operational decisions. Success requires strong technical accounting expertise, experience with cloud-based systems like Sage Intacct, advanced Excel / financial analysis skills and the ability to deliver accurate, timely results in a dynamic environment.
