Our client is an evergreen investment fund that invests in a variety of different industries, partners with strong management teams and focuses on long-term value creation. The Director of Business Performance will partner with portfolio company leadership teams on a variety of different initiatives (e.g., evaluate pricing strategies, improve operational work flows, refine marketing channels) to drive long-term value across the fund’s portfolio. The ideal candidate will have post-MBA consulting experience at a top-tier firm and be in an operating role today within industry.
