Our client is building its first white-collar services platform in the property management space, starting from the ground up with a targeted roll-up strategy. The plan is to complete five to eight acquisitions in year one and scale the business into a leading platform over time. To support this, our client is hiring a Vice President of Corporate Development to lead M&A execution and support sourcing efforts. This individual will own the deal process end-to-end, work closely with the CEO and sponsor, and partner with integration to help shape strategy and scale the platform from its early stages.
