Our client is a mission-driven professional services platform seeking a Head of Corporate Development to help drive inorganic growth. In this highly visible role, reporting into the CEO and working closely with the executive team, this person will support sourcing, execution and integration across founder-led transactions in a highly fragmented market. The ideal candidate will have six to 10 years of experience in professional services or B2B services across investment banking, private equity and/or corporate development, with strong analytical rigor, relationship-building skills and comfort operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
