Our client, a leading provider of exterior maintenance, waterproofing, window cleaning and restoration services, is seeking a Divisional Corporate Development Lead to drive growth and acquisition initiatives across the division. This person will be tasked with identifying and evaluating acquisition targets, managing due diligence / transaction processes and supporting post-acquisition integration efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in mergers and acquisitions, strong financial/strategic analysis skills and the ability to build relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
