Our client is a $400M private equity-backed dental services organization embarking on its next phase of growth and value creation. As the company scales toward an eventual exit, they are seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development who will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the leadership team. This individual will drive a broad range of strategic initiatives, including value creation efforts across the organization, Chief of Staff responsibilities, M&A and inorganic growth initiatives and enterprise-wide transformation.
The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm plus two to four years of post-consulting operating experience in industry. Experience within a multi-site business model (e.g. healthcare services, hospitality, retail, restaurants, etc.) is required. Additionally, candidates must have meaningful exposure to M&A, including transaction-related activities, diligence, integration or corporate development.
