Our client is seeking an executive to serve as the company’s internal M&A leader, managing transactions from target identification through integration. The role is focused less on creating corporate strategy from scratch and more on executing an established investment thesis while helping refine acquisition priorities over time. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of investment banking experience, followed by two to three years of corporate development experience within a manufacturing, industrial or medical device company or buy-side private equity experience focused on the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
