Our client is a private equity-backed managed services provider seeking a Director of Corporate Development to establish and scale its M&A function. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership to source, execute and integrate acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have five to 10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking or transaction advisory, along with strong end-to-end M&A execution experience. Experience in IT services or adjacent business services industries is preferred.
Each of these titles entails a different tier of responsibility, which often correlates with the hiring organization’s size and strategic M&A plan.
