Our client, a leading owner and operator of terminals and logistics infrastructure across the East Coast, Gulf Coast and inland river system, is seeking a Corporate Development Associate. This role will support all aspects of the M&A process, from evaluation and execution to post-close integration. The Corporate Development Associate will also be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, leading due diligence efforts and playing a key role in integrating acquired terminals, including tracking labor and equipment-sharing synergies. The ideal candidate has investment banking, corporate development or consulting experience with heavy modeling exposure, an operational mindset and a demonstrated interest in blue-collar businesses or logistics/infrastructure.
