Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed consumer products business on a transformation journey. As this organization continues to grow, its team is looking to identify a Vice President of Strategy to help strategize and operationalize objectives for the organization and help drive to a successful exit. This person will be charged with driving quick impact on top and bottom line for the organization while also working cross functionally with the executive leadership team to drive meaningful change. As one of the most critical hires for the business, the ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of total experience, including 4+ years post-MBA at a top-tier management consulting firm. Consumer, retail and/or transformation experience is preferred but not required.
