Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed global heat transfer manufacturing company. This role reports directly into the Vice President of Operations and will work collaboratively with key business unit stakeholders and the C-suite. The Director of Operations will be responsible for supporting the company’s strategic growth and excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of heavy industrial manufacturing experience with prior experience in a manager position.
