Reporting directly to the Vice President and General Manager, the Director of Operations will oversee key operational functions at our client’s Racine, Wisconsin facility. This role directly manages the Supply Chain Manager, Customer Service Supervisor and Facilities Manager as well as the Manufacturing Engineering Team, Production Manager and the Quality Manager. The total operations team consists of approximately 90 people. The right candidate should have experience with low-to-mid volume and engineered-to-order products within the manufacturing space. An educational background in engineering is highly preferred.
