As it positions itself for aggressive growth, our client is seeking a new Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) reporting directly to, and working side by side with, the CEO. The CTO will act as a thought partner across the business to oversee a transformation and drive operational efficiencies. In addition to strong project management skills and a “nose for value,” the individual must have a strong execution spike. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of post-MBA experience with a top strategy consulting firm and has since led multiple transformations in private equity-backed companies.
