The Staff Veterinarian plays a critical role in providing technical support for live turkey production, working closely with other veterinarians, growers and farm managers to ensure optimal flock health. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining preventative medicine programs, executing projects to improve animal health/performance and supporting processing operations. Additionally, this position requires strong leadership, training and role modeling, aligning with the company’s cultural beliefs to drive key operational results.
