Reporting directedly to the CTO, the Director of Operational Excellence will be responsible for leading multi-site operational improvement programs for a tier -1 aerospace and defense supplier. The ideal candidate will have led large-scale, transformative, multi-site OPEX programs/initiatives on a global scale, driving execution through the Plant General Managers and local staff.
