Our client is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth in its component repair and overhaul (CRO) business unit and maintenance, repair and operations business unit. This role involves leading strategic customer relationships, closing significant opportunities and formulating long-term business development and technical sales strategies. The Director will also implement tactical sales plans to expand the CRO and MRO units, assess market trends/opportunities and set data-driven sales objectives aligned with the company’s goals. Additionally, they will build and motivate a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure long-term profitable growth.
A sharpened demand for strategic product sourcing has led to a more defined procurement role within supply chain functions.
