Our client is a private equity-backed commercial roofing services platform seeking a hands-on General Manager to establish and scale a new greenfield operation in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and a “player/coach” mentality, with full P&L ownership and a focus on building a high-performing team from the ground up. This professional will have at least 10 years of experience in the commercial roofing or commercial field service industry and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
