Our client, a private bespoke laser and optical communication manufacturer, is seeking a collaborative Director of Programs for the successful execution of managing over 50 technology programs. The ideal candidate will successfully manage and lead the portfolio of programs health and develop strategies to spearhead the growth initiatives in the program execution team. This professional will have at least 10 years of experience in engineering services and or program management within the optical or laser communication industry.
